This contractor position has the potential to transition into a permanent position & a crucial role in the company.



Lead client consultations

Prepare post-consultation quotes

Develop project timelines

Communicate client design vision to the art director via mood boards

Present design proofs to the client & make necessary edits

Carry out printing tasks

Assemble & mail invitation suites

Create social media content



Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF

Ability to prepare mood boards using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Design vision that aligns with Jolie & Co. aesthetic

Responsible (able to meet strict deadlines which are non-negotiable)

Meticulous and patient (willing to perform repetitive tasks with extreme attention to detail)

Quick learner (able to perform new tasks efficiently and without errors)

Able to drive his/her own car to run errands

Have his/her own laptop

Not required: calligraphy / illustration / watercolor skills (we have a team of artists)



10 – 20 hours per week (depending on current order volume)



Must work from our Denver, Colorado studio located at 9th Avenue and Santa Fe Drive



This position will operate on a contractor basis for the first 3 months of the training period.

Pay will be $13/hour during this time.

If the candidate completes 3-month training successfully, he/she will be offered a permanent position with increased hours and pay. The latter determination will be based on candidate performance.
